WARD 9 WOMEN SUMMON GOODOMEN

Today, a cross section of female players in the politics of Ward 9, Urue Offong/Oruko State Constituency gathered at Eyulor Village, to engage the Principal of
GoodOmen2019 , Barr. Omen Bassey in an extended conversation about the hope of the women in his aspiration.

The women drawn from the various villages constituting Ward 9 individually shared their past impressive and
disappointing experiences which resulted from their devoted political support for previously elected government officials from the area.

Responding to issues raised by the women, Barr. Omen Bassey addressed the worries expressed by the several
participants during the discussion, encouraging them to be steadfast and remain committed in their support for the GoodOmen Campaign which is also poised to instituting modern models of empowerment which will uplift the
social status of Urue Offong/Oruko women.

"We must not allow the past to discourage us, if we must shift from these unfavorable norms.

"...so, GoodOmen has come with well defined interests for every gender, to enhance your beliefs and mine in
quality representation", Barr. Bassey stressed in conclusion.

Afterwards, GoodOmen Women Wing was inaugurated in Ward 9 with Mrs. Atim Bassey as Coordinator.

The movement is gathering momentum and shall emerge victorious.
