5 reasons Lukaku to Arsenal could happen: Mourinho & Man United play their part

 

There are a huge number of rumours floating around about Romelu Lukaku making a summer switch to Arsenal, but so far that’s all they are; rumours. There are no actual reports to suggest that the former Chelsea man is actually an Arsenal target, but when you look at all the facts, it makes sense.

Below we look at all the reasons that suggest Lukaku could be on his way to Arsenal, which despite the lack of facts looks like a real possibility.

Starting with the most basic of reasons, Lukaku wants to leave Everton. The player himself has as good as confirmed that he’ll be leaving the club as soon as possible (via the Daily Star), insisting that he’s only listening to offers from Everton as a “courtesy”.

He no longer sees a future at Everton, and wants to move on this summer to further his career. Everton’s form recently has obviously convinced him his future lies elsewhere, and the next points will show why it could be Arsenal.
