Photo: EFCC arrests man accused of running an illegal Polytechnic & issuing fake certificates
The Ibadan Zonal Office of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission,
have arrested one Johnson Tola on allegations bordering on the
operation of an illegal polytechnic and issuance of fake certificates to
unsuspecting individuals.
According to a statement released, Investigations revealed that Johnson Tola had allegedly been using the polytechnic as a decoy to extort money from prospective students.
He was initially arrested but was granted an administrative bail in the course of investigation. Johnson however refused to report back at the EFCC office after his release.
A remand warrant was gotten, he was rearrested and is presently being detained. He would be charged to court as soon as investigation is concluded.
