Senator John Udoedehe, said he will contest the 2019 governorship under the APC platform.

Addressing a crowd of supporters in his Chapel Villa residence, Afaha Offot, Uyo, the former Senator said he has made everything possible to win the APC governorship ticket, and become the Governor of Akwa Ibom State from 2019.

He said his mission is to salvage Akwa Ibom people from the shackles of poverty in the State.

He said he has a lot of programmes that will ameliorate the suffering of the masses, especially the youths and the elderly.

The former Minister said no amount of blackmail can stop him, stressing that no force, no matter how powerful can take away the APC ticket from him.
