Today, I would like to shed more light on WORSHIP. Worship is an act of complete REVERENCE to God.

It is a natural expression of our DEPENDENCE on Him. Worship goes far beyond mere singing, dancing or indeed clapping of hands. It is a spiritual phenomenon that has to do with the innermost core of our being and the heart of man.

No where else in the Bible is worship so explicitly portrayed than in the book of Psalms. In psalm 100, King David unraveled the mystery of worship by extrapolating the deity of God and blending it with His goodness and mercy in such brief, yet profound way that justifies His Lordship over His creation.

Most believers rarely experience 'True worship' because they merely limit themselves to the peripheral and fail to tap beyond and reach for the joy of true worship.

True worshippers will tell you that it is possible to get caught up in 'deep', 'heart-felt' worship that opens up a portal into a realm of Holy Spiritual Bliss. It is that place where you soak in His presence and you simply wish to remain forever. (Psalm27:4) It is my prayer that all children of God will experience this joy of worship that I speak about. The bible gives us a glimpsej into this perpetual joy of worship(Rev4:8-11) revealing how the Angels worship Him....HOLY...HOLY...HOLY non stop thus giving us an indication that worship is of paramount importance to God. However, attaining this joy of worship on earthly realm is contingent upon our OBEDIENCE to Christ.

Living in righteousness is necessary. Let not sin have dominion over you as a child of God. May I ask you to please pray that children of God will develop an insatiable appetite for worship.

Pray that worship and indeed prayer will be to His children like 'air' that we breathe in, that they will begin to experience the joy and beauty of worship. Most important of all, pray that all of Gods children will come to the full understanding that 'THE REASON THAT WE LIVE IS TO WORSHIP HIM' God bless you all.
