GOV. UDOM'S BOLD GIANT STRIDES IN THE EDUCATION SECTOR
• Provision of free, compulsory and qualitative Education
• Payment of over #600 million (Six hundred million naira) annually for WAEC examination fee for indigenes
in all public schools as well as NABTEB, NTC/NBC.
• Provision of sports centre at West Itam Secondary School, to boost extracurricular activities.
• Donation of laptop computers to Law school students and some Secondary School Students.
• Sponsorship of indigenes for special courses oversees.
• Provision of computer Laboratories in public Schools.
• Consolidation with BRACED COMMISSION and SAMSUNG in establishing ICT Academies in the State.

Indeed, this is good news as His Excellency, Governor Udom Emmanuel has made Education a top priority in a
bid to eradicate illiteracy in Akwa Abasibom State.

Martha for "excellently investing to promote the Education of Akwa Ibom Children".
