Buhari Personally Responds to Cameron's Insult to Nigeria
President Muhammadu Buhari has personally responded to comments by
British Prime Minister that Nigeria is ''fantastically corrupt''.
Speaking during the anti-corruption summit in London, President Buhari said he doesn't need any apologies from Cameron, he wants return of assets stolen through corruption.
''I'm not going to demand an apology from anyone; what I'll demand is the return of assets!"
"What will I do with apology ? . We need our loots back", the President said.
Taking a swipe at the UK President Buhari said, "Corruption does not discriminate between developed and developing countries. Any country that thinks it's safe from corruption should Wake Up!"
